1. You wish to order more than inventory shows. In the comments section of the order form, indicate quantity desired. Select USPS Priority Shipping and we will manually adjust your invoice for shipping charges and additional product when you order ships. We do not charge credit cards until an order is ready to ship.

ABOUT FREE SHIPPING -
Free shipping is NOT AUTOMATIC.
1.You need to either select it from the drop down shipping menu on the order form or type FREESHIP in the coupon box.
2. If your order qualifies, no shipping charges will be added.
3. If you have a store coupon not yet expired, select free shipping from the drop down shipping menu and use your store coupon in the coupon code box. Your order after coupon and any discounts must be $75 or more to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Rates and Information:
We normally ship 3 times per week via USPS - Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. USPS packages are picked up from our shipping location at approximately 5 pm. We strive to ship orders out as soon as possible. If you are in need of a product by a certain date, please make note of this in the comments section of your order form. We will do everything we can to meet your request.
As of JANUARY 27, 2013: Shipping rates are actual cost plus we add $1 for handling and materials.
If actual shipping costs are less than specified below based on final weight, we will only charge the actual cost plus $1 for handling. As a result, your invoice may reflect a lower actual charge than shown in your original order. Conversely, sometimes actual shipping costs may be more depending on weight and destination. As a result, your invoice may reflect a higher amount but we always utilize the most cost effective method available. Typically, we use Flat Rate Priorty Mail when weight is in excess of 3 pounds and the cost is $11.85 for a box regardless of weight and destination.
USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) is generally:
1 to 2 items or not more than 1 pound - $7.51
3 to 5 items or not more than 2 pounds - up to $10.88
6 or more items or over 2 pounds - $12.30 (flat rate)
Free if total amount spent is $74.99 or more
First Class Mail (3 to 5 day delivery)
1 to 2 items weighing less than 13 oz total is $4.38
First class mail is not available on orders weighing 13 oz or more which is typically only 1 regular item or 2 small items. If you select First Class mail and the weight of your products exceeds 13 ounces, we will automatically adjust shipping and costs to Priority Mail at the lowest cost possible.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP PURE ENCAPSULATION'S PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
Generally we use Priority Flat Rate envelopes to ship outside the US. This envelope can hold 1 or 2 larger sized items and several small items. The cost is $24.95 to all international locations except Canada. Canadian shipments are $20.95 for the same service. Delivery can take between 6 and 14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER ONLY. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY NOR CAN WE GUARANTEE A RETURN TO US IF YOUR COUNTRY DOES NOT ALLOW THE PRODUCT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN AFFORD TO PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs as described above. Prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
If the shipment is returned because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned or not returned to us, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
We always request international shipments be returned to sender if possible. Receipt of a disallowed or abandoned package can take up to 3 months for us to receive. If we do receive the return, we will contact you to arrange a credit to your account for the value of the merchandise only. We do not always receive the return.
Due to heightened security, liquids being shipped internationally have often been held by customs. If the customer orders a liquid based product for shipping overseas, the customer assumes all responsbility for its delivery. If the item(s) is held by customs, no refund will be given.

Return Policy: We accept returns of all unopened products within 30 days of shipment for any reason. We will credit your charge account less shipping fees if applicable, immediately upon receipt of your return. We accept returns of opened products within 30 days of shipment for any reason but charge a 20% restocking fee since opened products must be destroyed. We will credit your charge account less shipping fees if applicable, immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
